My Best Interest, Inc. created Rate Surfer, a desktop software application for use by
consumers and small business to manage credit card accounts. Rate Surfer's many useful
features include the ability to semi-automatically maintain the user’s card accounts at the
lowest interest rate for which they qualify.
What they think makes them better: Rate Surfer provides the user a powerful, secure tool for direct user aggregation of their
financial data to their own computer data base (no third party provider required, no user
data is aggregated to a web server). It allows for interactive management of all credit card
accounts in a single place (as opposed to providing "read only" account information from
a web site). Such as: push button balance transfers between different bank accounts, push
button requests for credit line increases, daily receipt of all statement information,
balances, payment due dates, email/SMS receipt of vital account notifications and so on.
