Q: What is the refund policy for attendee tickets?
A: Assuming that there is no one at your company that you'd like to transfer your ticket to and you don't want to transfer your ticket purchase to a future Finovate event then the refund policy for FinovateStartup is as follows:
For cancellations requested prior to 7/31/2008, we will refund 100% of the fee.
For cancellations between 8/1/2008 and 8/31/2008, we will refund 75% of the fee.
For cancellations between 9/1/2008 to 9/30/2008, we will refund 50% of the fee.
For cancellations after 10/1/2008 and at least 2 business days before the event, we will refund 25% of the fee.
